Costs
Shipping from Matamaha to you is free of charge. 

Delivery Time
Your order will be processed immediately by our logistics team and is usually delivered within 3–5 business days via DHL. If an item is not available, you will be informed by email.

Status of Your Order

As soon as your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track the shipping status of your delivery online.

Shipping to DHL Packstations
Please note that shipping to DHL Packstations is currently not possible.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days after receiving the goods without giving any reason. Please inform us of your wish to withdraw by sending an email to hello@matamaha.com. You may use the model withdrawal form that was included in the order confirmation.
